{"id":44787,"date":"2025-06-20T19:31:52","date_gmt":"2025-06-20T15:31:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autoscommunity.com\/?p=44787"},"modified":"2025-06-20T19:31:54","modified_gmt":"2025-06-20T15:31:54","slug":"hyundai-motor-group-achieves-top-iihs-ratings-for-multiple-models","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autoscommunity.com\/2025\/06\/20\/hyundai-motor-group-achieves-top-iihs-ratings-for-multiple-models\/","title":{"rendered":"Hyundai Motor Group Achieves Top IIHS Ratings for Multiple Models"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hyundai Motor Group (the Group) has reaffirmed its leadership in vehicle safety, achieving the highest number of models awarded in the 2025 Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) crash test evaluations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A total of 15 models across <a href=\"https:\/\/autoscommunity.com\/2022\/12\/05\/hyundai-motor-company-releases-n-brand-rolling-lab-development-video-with-sneak-peek-of-ioniq-5-n\/\">Hyundai Motor Company<\/a>, Kia Corporation and <a href=\"https:\/\/autoscommunity.com\/2022\/10\/03\/genesis-served-as-vehicle-partner-of-2022-presidents-cup-in-charlotte\/\">Genesis<\/a> have earned either the 2025 <em>TOP SAFETY PICK<\/em>\u00a0(TSP) or\u00a0<em>TOP SAFETY PICK+<\/em> (TSP+) designation. This includes seven Hyundai, five Genesis, and three Kia models, marking the second consecutive year the Group has received the most IIHS safety awards.<\/p>\n<p>In the latest round of evaluations, the 2025 Hyundai ELANTRA, SONATA and 2025 Kia K4 were awarded the coveted TSP+ rating, joining existing models such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/autoscommunity.com\/2025\/02\/04\/hyundai-ioniq-5-and-kona-suvs-win-2025-kelley-blue-book-best-buy-awards\/\">2025 Hyundai IONIQ 5<\/a>, IONIQ 6, <a href=\"https:\/\/autoscommunity.com\/2024\/02\/06\/hyundai-kona-electric-named-2024-vincentric-best-value-in-america\/\">KONA<\/a>, TUCSON, and SANTA FE; the Genesis GV60, Electrified GV70, GV70, GV80; and the 2025 Kia EV9 and Telluride.
