From 1 March, Henrik will take up a new senior position within the BMW Group, leading in shaping the brand\u2019s future high-end luxury cars.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Henrik came to Rolls-Royce\u2019s global headquarters at Goodwood in 2018, having previously been the marque\u2019s Regional Director for the Greater China region. During his tenure, he led the product development, sales and marketing campaigns for business-critical model launches, including <a href=\"https:\/\/autoscommunity.com\/2019\/11\/10\/this-rolls-royce-black-badge-cullinan-is-the-worlds-pinnacle-super-luxury-suv\/\">Cullinan<\/a>, Ghost, Phantom Series II and, most recently, Spectre. He also played a central role in making Coachbuild a permanent fixture within the Rolls-Royce portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>Committed to consistency in everything, Henrik transformed the marque\u2019s mindset and attitude. In particular, he fundamentally reshaped how <a href=\"https:\/\/3sri.net\/2018\/10\/29\/%d8%a7%d8%ae%d8%aa%d8%a8%d8%a7%d8%b1%d8%a7%d8%aa-%d9%82%d9%8a%d8%a7%d8%af%d8%a9-%d8%b9%d9%84%d9%89-%d8%b1%d9%88%d9%84%d8%b2-%d8%b1%d9%88%d9%8a%d8%b3-%d9%83%d8%a7%d9%84%d9%8a%d9%86%d8%a7%d9%86\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rolls-Royce<\/a> understands and interacts with its clients and the experiences it offers them.<\/p>\n<p>For example, he brought a more focused, individualised, disciplined, and data-driven approach to client engagement with the invitation-only Whispers app for Rolls-Royce owners. Under Henrik\u2019s leadership, Rolls-Royce developed a new visual identity, which is being rolled out at dealer partners worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>The marque also extended its hugely successful Goodwood Private Office concept to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dubairoute.com\/article\/dubai-holding-announces-ain-dubai-general-manager\">Dubai<\/a> and Shanghai, with two more following this year. Thanks in part to these Private Offices, 2023 was a record year in terms of both number and value for the marque\u2019s unrivalled Bespoke programme.<\/p>\n<p>Henrik\u2019s successor from 1 March will be Julian Jenkins. Julian is a well-known figure within <a href=\"https:\/\/autoscommunity.com\/2023\/05\/23\/rolls-royce-motor-cars-doha-debuts-spectre-the-marques-first-fully-electric-motor-car\/\">Rolls-Royce<\/a>, having previously spent six years at Goodwood, first as General Manager of Sales Operations, then as Regional Director for Europe.<\/p>\n<p>A former President of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.astonmartinlagonda.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aston Martin Lagonda<\/a> in the Americas and holder of senior roles at <a href=\"https:\/\/3sri.net\/2019\/08\/20\/%d8%a8%d9%86%d8%aa%d9%84%d9%8a-exp-100-gt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bentley<\/a> in North America and the Asia-Pacific region, he makes a welcome return to the Home of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dubairoute.com\/article\/the-house-of-rolls-royce-revealed-images-of-a-bespoke-red-phantom\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rolls-Royce<\/a> after serving as Sales Director of BMW UK and, most recently, Chief Commercial Officer at Italian supercar manufacturer Bizzarrini, where he played a crucial role in driving revenue growth and shaping the commercial success of the company.<\/p>\n<p>Julian\u2019s international experience, product expertise and deep knowledge of the luxury sector ensure he is ideally placed to take <a href=\"https:\/\/autoscommunity.com\/2023\/10\/05\/rolls-royce-motor-cars-announces-retirement-of-torsten-muller-otvos-ceo\/\">Rolls-Royce<\/a> forward towards its all-electric future.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today, Rolls-Royce announces that the architect of many initiatives that drive these aspects, Henrik Wilhelmsmeyer, is relinquishing his Director of Sales &amp; Brand role after six years with the company.
