MG Motor to Take Part in the 5th International Conference on Future Mobility

140,000 New Energy Vehicles Sold in 2018

SAIC Motor, the parent company of MG Motor, has been developing new energy vehicle since 2001 with a range of products in retail and commercial segments. The company sold 140,000 new energy vehicles in 2018, with its self-owned brands MG and Roewe accounting for the majority of these sales.

MG has been enjoying a rapid rise in popularity among Middle East car buyers, and in 2018 registered record sales despite the challenging market conditions. With a network of dedicated retail partners across the Gulf region, boasting 22 modern showrooms and 23 service centres, the brand is rapidly expanding its presence.
